Throughout his career Adam has consistently provided a consultative and data driven approach to understanding a client’s challenges and unique offerings and designing bespoke solutions that address the attraction and retention of best-in-class talent across the Energy and Process value chain. He has built and led high performing recruitment teams globally across niche markets including Clean Technology, Oil and Gas, Mining, Pulp and Paper, Chemicals, Building Products and Metals.
